Xbox Free Games with Gold Games for July 2022 Explained

Xbox may still be lacking in top-tier exclusives, but Phil Spencer and the team have done a really good job of pivoting the Xbox brand more towards services like Xbox Game Pass. In addition to the hundreds of titles available on Xbox Game Pass for one reasonable price, Xbox also offers its Xbox Live Gold subscribers free games every month, in a program called Xbox games with gold. For years, Xbox fans have been able to beef up their library every month with four new titles, and while not all of them are big-budget AAA experiences, most are usually worth at least a few hours of gameplay.

Like every month, in July 2022, four games will head straight to gamers’ libraries, for free, as long as they’re an Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriber. July’s Xbox Games with Gold deals probably won’t wow anyone, but they do offer a pretty diverse selection of games, all from different genres, and offering unique experiences.
