Prime Gaming’s May 2022 free games revealed

As the legendary Justin Timberlake once said, “It’s going to be May!” And you know what that means – the next batch of free games via Prime Gaming. Next month, Amazon Prime subscribers can expect six free games, all very different in nature.

If you’re looking for a scare, Dead Space 2 will be available. A sci-fi horror sequel from Visceral Games, return as Isaac Clark to “explore The Sprawl and uncover the truth behind Unitology’s role in the Necromorph outbreak.” Dead Space 2 received critical acclaim upon release and with news that EA is remaking the original game, you’ll definitely want to add it to your collection.

If you need the perfect pallet cleanser for all the fear, Cat Quest will also be available. We reviewed this game upon release, giving it an 8/10. It’s a simple and charming RPG with a little adventure worth diving into.

For those looking for a classic, LucasArts’ adventure The Curse of Monkey Island will be free. It’s a sequel to 1991’s Monkey Island 2 and follows Guybrush Threepwood as he seeks to lift a curse from his love Elaine Marley.

Other free games for Prime Gaming in May include 2D puzzle adventure Out of Line, charming platformer Mail Mole + ‘Xpress Deliverys, and dark skill-based action RPG Shattered – Tale of the Forgotten. King.

These six games can be picked up starting May 2. This will also be your last chance to grab the free Prime Gamign April titles: The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion – Game of the Year Deluxe Edition, Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville, Monkey Island 2 Special Edition and others.

In addition to these free games, Prime Gaming members can also expect the usual distribution of in-game content. Exclusive content will be offered for all popular hits including Lost Ark, Lords Mobile, Destiny 2, FIFA 22, Grand Theft Auto Online and Brawlhall among dozens of other titles.
