We’ve just turned the calendar into a new month, which means there are more games for Stadia Pro members to claim at no additional cost starting today. There are a few highly rated titles in the mix, so if you’re signed up for the premium tier of the cloud gaming service, it’s definitely worth checking them out.
The first is Overcooked: All You Can Eat, which is one of my favorites of recent years. I love both Overcooked games and this bundle brings them (and all the DLC) together in one delicious package. This version runs in 4K at 60fps – Stadia members need a Pro subscription to run games at this resolution and frame rate anyway. Since it’s much better as a multiplayer game than solo, maybe ask some friends or your partner to check out Stadia Pro and play with you. If you need help convincing them, I’ve long argued that Overcooked is a perfect relationship test.
Stadia Pro members can hook up Spiritfarer at no additional cost starting today as well. I’ve heard nothing but good things about this game, and since I’ll be in transit quite a bit over the next few weeks, this seems like a great opportunity to finally give it a try.
The other new Stadia Pro titles this month are a tron-inspired, endless track runner called Sort6: Infinite and a family superhero game called PJ Masks: Heroes of the Night. Stadia also recently added Yars: Reloaded, a remake of the classic Atari 2600 bullet hell for the Pro line of over 50 games. Plus, there’s a chance more will join the lineup later this month.
Not too long ago, Google added a feature that allows users to claim all current Pro games with one click. So, you know, do this.
Elsewhere, all Stadia users (and users of other compatible platforms) can try out the standard edition of Rainbow Six Siege free of charge for the next week. On top of that, Stadia has added a few more titles to the free trials section, which means you can check out time-limited versions of over 140 full games, even if you don’t have a Stadia account.
